Matchday parking should be the easiest part of the fixture. parktec is built for football and rugby clubs, arenas and stadium operators, covering supporter parking end to end: pre-booking, capacity, gates and reporting, all in one secure UK system.

Booking in your colours

Your supporters book on a branded site in your club's colours, with your badge front and centre. They enter their number plate, pick their day and get instant confirmation, with the vehicle make and model looked up automatically from the plate. Capacity is managed day by day, per car park, so every fixture has exactly the right allocation and a space can never be sold twice.

Green means go at the gates

On matchday, stewards scan plates with our ANPR gate app on iPhone or Android: green means let in, red means stop. The plate is read on the device and it works fully offline then syncs, so it keeps flowing on a busy approach even with no signal. It is on the App Store, so any iPhone becomes a scanner in minutes. For permanent lanes, an optional fixed ANPR camera runs day and night on 4G or Starlink and can trigger a barrier.

A live control room for your team

Your operations team sees booked, arrived and spaces left in real time, day by day and per car park, with CSV import and export and messaging to drivers when plans change.

We were first in the UK to bring online pre-booking to the events industry, we work alongside JustPark, and Big Parking Ltd is a member of the British Parking Association (no. 13956). Everything runs on one secure, UK-hosted, GDPR-minded database.
