Match day parking should be the easiest part of the fixture. parktec is a match day parking system for football and rugby clubs, arenas and stadium operators, covering supporter parking end to end: pre-booking, capacity, gates and reporting, all in one secure UK system.

Booking in your colours

Your supporters book on a branded site in your club's colours, with your badge front and centre. They enter their number plate, pick their day and get instant confirmation, with the vehicle make and model looked up automatically from the plate. Capacity is managed day by day, per car park, so every fixture has exactly the right allocation and a space can never be sold twice.

Green means go at the gates

On matchday, stewards scan plates with our ANPR gate app on iPhone or Android: green means let in, red means stop. The plate is read on the device and it works fully offline then syncs, so it keeps flowing on a busy approach even with no signal. It is on the App Store, so any iPhone becomes a scanner in minutes. Fixed ANPR cameras for permanent lanes are in development; today every plate is read on the device by the gate app on tablets and phones.

A live control room for your team

Your operations team sees booked, arrived and spaces left in real time, day by day and per car park, with CSV import and export and messaging to drivers when plans change.

What is a match day parking system?

A match day parking system runs supporter parking from the first booking to the last car through the gate. With parktec, supporters book a space against their number plate on a site in your club's colours, your team watches booked, arrived and spaces left live in the control room, and stewards check every plate at the gate with the parktec gate app.

How does parktec stop a car park being oversold on match day?

Capacity is set per car park and per day, and every booking counts against the same live numbers. When a car park is full for a fixture, that day stops selling automatically, so a space can never be sold twice.

Can season pass holders be booked onto every home game?

Yes. Season pass holders can be booked onto every home game in one go, as we do for Millwall at The Den, and their plate is then checked at the gate like any other booking.

Do stewards need special equipment at the gate?

No. The parktec gate app runs on iPhone, from the App Store, and on Android phones and tablets. The plate is read on the device itself, so it keeps working with no signal and syncs when coverage returns. Green means let them in; red means stop.

What if a supporter turns up without a booking?

The gate app shows a clear red result, and every refusal is logged with the time, car park and steward. Stewards can sell the driver a space on the spot, or find the customer by email and add their plate to an existing booking. Patrols, and an end-of-day sweep on Android, catch unbooked cars already parked.

Do you offer fixed ANPR cameras for permanent lanes?

Fixed ANPR cameras for permanent lanes are in development and are not available yet. Today, ANPR at parktec means number plates read on the device by the gate app on tablets and phones, working fully offline, so there is no extra equipment to wire up at the gate.

Can the club keep its JustPark parking as well?

Yes. parktec works alongside JustPark: you can keep selling through JustPark, and those bookings can be brought into the same gate list as your own branded booking site, so stewards check every driver the same way.
