We are the team behind Event Support Team and Big Parking, with heritage back to 2009 and decades spent running parking at major UK stadiums, concerts and festivals. We are on the ground at events every weekend, checking in tens of thousands of vehicles, so the platform is shaped by real gate lines in real mud, not a demo lab.

Built for fields with no signal

Our ANPR gate app runs on iPhone and Android and works fully offline. The plate is read on the device itself, so staff keep scanning when the signal drops, and everything syncs the moment a connection returns. Green means let them in, red means stop: no lists on clipboards, no radio calls back to the office. The app is on the App Store, so any iPhone becomes a scanner in minutes, and stewards sign on with a simple PIN. For permanent lanes, our optional fixed ANPR camera works day and night, is weatherproof, runs on 4G or Starlink, and can even trigger a barrier.

Pre-booking that keeps traffic moving

Visitors book on your own branded site, in your colours, against their number plate. They pick their day, get instant confirmation, and we look up the vehicle make and model automatically. Your team watches it all in a live control room: booked, arrived and spaces left, day by day and per car park, with oversell-proof capacity, CSV import and export, and messaging out to drivers. We were first in the UK to bring online pre-booking to the events industry, and we ran the parking at the Novuna UK Athletics Championships in Birmingham. We also work alongside JustPark.
