Pre-booked parking means drivers arrive knowing exactly where they are going. Our ANPR gate app turns any iPhone or Android device into a plate scanner: staff scan the plate, green means let in, red means stop, and vehicles clear the gate in seconds. No queues at the entrance means no standing traffic on your roads, and the app works fully offline then syncs, so it holds up even on muddy rural sites with no signal.

Protect residents with controlled capacity

Every car park in the system has an oversell-proof capacity, day by day. When a site is full, it is full: the booking site stops selling, so event traffic is never pushed into surrounding streets because a venue sold more spaces than it had. The live control room shows the venue team booked, arrived and spaces left per car park in real time, with messaging to drivers when plans need to change.

parktec is not a rip-and-replace decision. We work alongside existing arrangements, including JustPark, and we can supply as much or as little as an event needs: a branded booking site in the venue's colours, the live control room, handheld ANPR scanning, or a fixed ANPR camera for permanent lanes that runs day and night on 4G or Starlink.
