What is white-label event parking?
White-label event parking is simple to explain: it is an online parking booking site that carries your venue's branding, not ours. Your colours, your badge, your name at the top of the page. Behind the scenes it runs on the parktec platform, the complete parking system for venues and events, but as far as your visitors are concerned they are booking directly with you.
Why the branding matters
Drivers are cautious online, and rightly so. When someone searches for parking at your stadium or festival, they want to land somewhere that clearly belongs to the venue they trust. A booking page in your colours, with your badge, removes that moment of doubt. There is no unfamiliar third-party name asking for their details, no worry that they have wandered onto the wrong site. That trust helps drivers book with confidence.
How the booking works for the driver
The experience is built around the thing every driver already knows: their number plate. Visitors book against their plate, pick the day they are coming, and get an instant confirmation. Our system even looks up the vehicle make and model automatically from the plate, so there are no fiddly forms to fill in. On the day, the plate is the ticket. Staff at the gate scan it with our ANPR app, green means let in, and the driver is parked without queuing.
What the venue controls
A white-label site is not just a coat of paint. It sits on top of a live control room built for your team, which means you stay in charge of the things that matter:
- Your brand: the booking site carries your colours and badge throughout.
- Your capacity: spaces are set day by day, per car park, and the system is oversell-proof, so you never sell a space you do not have.
- Your data: see who has booked, who has arrived and how many spaces are left, live, with CSV import and export whenever you need it. Everything sits in one secure, UK-hosted database.
- Your comms: message drivers directly from the control room when plans change.

White-label does not mean walled-off.
